Return and Refund Policy

At Asaan Quran, customer satisfaction is important to us. We try our best to deliver the Asan Quran Dictionary in good condition and as shown on our website.

Returns

Customers can request a return within 3 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The book must be unused.
- The book must be in its original condition.
- The book must not be damaged, torn, written on, or used.
- The customer must provide order details and clear pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:
- The book has been used, damaged, marked, written on, or torn.
- The customer changes their mind after receiving the correct product.
- The product is damaged due to customer handling.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear pictures of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds may be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
